Nemeth began his law practice in 1970 after graduating from the Ohio State University College of Law. He is licensed before all Ohio courts, state and federal, as well as the U.S. Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition, he is a licensed attorney, in Florida and Colorado. Nemeth is a frequent lecturer for the Ohio Legal Institute and the Ohio Judicial College on negligence law and litigation issues. He is the author of a recent article titled, "Legal Malpractice in Ohio" in the Cleveland State Law Review. Nemeth maintains active memberships in the Columbus, Ohio State and American Bar Associations and is also a member of the panel of the American Arbitration Association. He is an active member in St. Andrew's Church and the Upper Arlington Civic Association, as well as the Special Wish Foundation.
